We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and cloud programs. The role requires strong ownership of delivery, deep understanding of AWS-based implementations, cross-functional leadership, and effective stakeholder and risk management. Experience with application or database migration/transformation projects is a strong plus.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and cloud initiatives

• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resourcing, and budgets

• Coordinate closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and cloud teams

• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to support

• Manage AWS-based implementations and integration efforts

• Drive application/database migration or modernization initiatives including cutover and stabilization

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for business, technical teams, and vendors

• Provide clear status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communication

• Facilitate requirement discussions and decision-making sessions

• Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies

Risk & Governance

• Maintain and manage project risk and issue registers

• Identify risks early and lead mitigation strategies

• Ensure compliance with delivery governance, security, and process standards

• Conduct retrospectives and drive continuous improvement

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional, distributed teams

• Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations

• Foster accountability, collaboration, and effective communication

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in a Project Manager role

• Proven delivery experience in AWS cloud projects

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence

• Application or database migration / transformation experience

• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate)

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certifications

• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security practices
