Role - Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead

Location - Wilmington, MA (Hybrid – Local Only)

JD:

We have an urgent requirement for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead with strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and integrations. Looking for a highly experienced technical leader with expertise in Fusion applications, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

10+ years of experience as a Technical Lead

5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, OCI Platform)

Strong experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), APEX, VBCS

5+ years of experience with Oracle R12 Financials / SCM (end-to-end ERP projects)

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Oracle DevOps platforms

Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft, Informatica)

Experience integrating Oracle Financial/SCM solutions with third-party systems (MDM, analytics, payments)

Strong experience in SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting

Experience with SOX compliance and auditing

Strong understanding of ERP cloud implementation lifecycle

Strong project management and estimation experience

Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS / PaaS) solutions

Drive business process reengineering and system enhancements

Lead development teams through SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Design and support integration solutions with third-party applications (payments, banking, etc.)

Collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partners

Manage testing, deployment, and change management processes

Support Master Data Management (MDM) and ensure data quality

Analyze and implement quarterly patches and updates in Oracle Fusion

Develop process documentation, training materials, and business communication

Define and track KPIs and reporting requirements

Ensure code quality, performance monitoring, and system stability
