Summary

Title: WMS Golang Lead developer

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of applications using Golang and JavaScript.
• Work on WMS solutions with a strong understanding of warehouse processes and operations.
• Understand existing application and reverse engineer if required
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design and implementation tasks.
• Support WMS configuration, enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, product owners, QA teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Design and implement APIs, backend services, and frontend components as needed.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support issue resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, solution discussions, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern application development.
• Good knowledge of WMS processes, configurations, and support activities.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory flow, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, or related supply chain processes.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
