Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead quality initiatives across enterprise applications and integration platforms. This role is responsible for driving testing strategy, ensuring application stability and performance, and supporting complex releases in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical testing expertise with leadership experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA strategy and execution for major enterprise releases, integrations, and enhancements
Define, implement, and continuously improve QA standards, processes, and best practices
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing
Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and backend data validation using SQL
Validate MuleSoft integrations and ensure accurate data flow across connected systems
Conduct database testing across SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL environments
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Execute performance testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Participate in release activities, including evening and weekend deployments as needed
Provide post-deployment validation and production support
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, business stakeholders, integration teams, and external vendors to ensure release readiness and quality outcomes
Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous process improvement
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in QA or software testing within enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for large-scale releases and system integrations
Strong expertise in API testing, SQL queries, and backend data validation
Hands-on experience testing MuleSoft integrations and validating data transformations
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar)
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce platforms
Experience with E1 CRM
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
