Certified Project Manager IV / Scrum Master
Job Summary:
The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead enterprise-level Agile projects focused on BI/Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Lake platforms, MDM, Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Modeling, and Data Quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise Agile projects consisting of multiple Scrum teams.
• Drive project execution, sprint planning, release management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project tracking and team progress through Jira.
• Coordinate data management software upgrades and communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and mentor Agile teams.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to deliver BI/Data Warehouse initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading BI/Data Warehousing projects.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience leading Agile technical projects.
• Experience managing large enterprise projects with multiple teams.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Strong technical understanding of Data Management and Analytics environments.
Nice to Have:
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation experience.
• PMP Certification.
