Summary

Position: Senior QA Tester

Location: Remote (Iowa/local candidates strongly preferred)

Must have an accessibility certification

Top Priorities

  • Accessibility Certification required (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508
  • Experience testing applications for government accessibility compliance
  • Strong manual testing background (Functional, Regression, UAT, Usability)
  • API testing and SQL/database validation experience

  • Accessibility Compliance Specialist

Required Skills

  • 5+ years QA / Software Testing
  • Manual testing methodologies
  • Test plans, test cases, and defect management
  • API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.)
  • SQL queries and database validation
  • Accessibility testing tools and methodologies
  • Agile experience

Nice-to-Haves

  • Government or public-sector experience
  • Grant management or compliance-based systems
  • Test automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
