Project Manager

Role Overview: 
This role will lead public health interoperability projects, supporting database migration efforts and ongoing initiatives across multiple state systems. The Project Manager will collaborate with healthcare partners, vendors, and internal teams to improve data exchange and system integration.
 Key Responsibilities: 
  Lead project meetings, planning, and execution
  Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
  Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
  Provide executive-level reporting (dashboards, KPIs, status updates)
  Identify and mitigate risks
  Drive adoption of interoperability solutions
 Required Skills: 
  8+ years of Project Management experience (Healthcare / Public Health IT)
  Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server environments
  Experience with health data systems / interoperability
  Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
  Experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies
  Strong communication with executive stakeholders
 Preferred: 
  PMP / CAPM certification
  Experience with Oracle databases
  Public Health / Health Informatics background
 Important Notes: 
  Must be local to Lansing, MI (within 90 miles)
  Hybrid model: Onsite Mon & Tue (mandatory)
