Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Email Analyst with strong Business Systems Analysis experience to design, implement, and enhance enterprise email security solutions. This role combines cybersecurity operations with business process optimization, focusing on improving threat detection, response workflows, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage email security solutions to detect and mitigate threats such as phishing, BEC, spoofing, and malware
• Develop and optimize detection rules, policies, and automated response workflows
• Integrate email security platforms with SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence tools
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and align security initiatives with business objectives
• Lead application testing, documentation, and continuous process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with SOC and incident response teams for threat investigation and remediation
• Implement and manage email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Provide strategic recommendations for security architecture and system enhancements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10 15 years of overall experience in IT/Cybersecurity
• 5+ years of experience in email security and cybersecurity operations
• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience with email security platforms (Abnormal Security preferred)
• Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and security operations
• Ability to lead projects independently and solve complex problems
