Job Description
Position Summary
The Exensio Installation Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and integration of the Exensio analytics platform at client sites or within internal infrastructure. This role ensures seamless installation and optimal performance by working closely with customers, project teams, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain the Exensio platform on various operating systems and environments.
Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure proper system integration and data connectivity.
Troubleshoot installation and system issues, providing clear documentation and effective solutions.
Conduct system testing and verification to validate successful deployment.
Provide technical guidance and support during and after installation.
Prepare and maintain installation guides, technical documentation, and procedural checklists.
Preferred Skills
Proven experience in software installation, system integration, or IT engineering roles.
Experience with Exensio or similar analytics/data platforms.
Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with databases, networking, and server configurations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments is a plus.
