Summary

Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and support enterprise server infrastructure.
Configure and manage Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
Coordinate server configuration, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Administer IIS web servers.
Build and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
Support Linux (RedHat & Ubuntu) environments.
Perform server patching, upgrades, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to deploy and support enterprise applications.
Recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
Create technical documentation and automate administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Administration experience.
4+ years of Windows Server Administration (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
4+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud administration.
4+ years of Microsoft enterprise technologies administration.
4+ years of networking experience with TCP/IP, DNS, NTFS Permissions, and Samba/CIFS.
3+ years of IIS Administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Identity Management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Azure administration.
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Linux Administration (RedHat & Ubuntu).
API Management, IT Service Automation, and Batch Job Services.
Infrastructure automation, cloud networking, and cybersecurity.

Required: Candidates must have strong experience with Windows Server Administration, AWS Cloud, Microsoft Technologies, IIS, and enterprise infrastructure support.
