  • Work with integration platforms such as Informatica Cloud (IICS), secure agents, and APIs.
  • Implement security controls including IAM, least privilege access, network security, audit logging, and compliance requirements.
  • Support production environments, including Tier 2/Tier 3 incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and operational stability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver platform solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly communication for stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Kubernetes (GKE, AKS), Docker, and microservices architectures.
  • Experience with data mesh, ETL/ELT pipelines, and API-based integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical and architectural decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to own platform stability, reliability, and delivery end-to-end.
