Job Details:

Technical Skills

- Required: AWS proficiency and Node.js

- Preferred: Understanding of GenAI and RAG (or a strong willingness to learn)

Core Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level direction for software, middleware, and hardware projects. Lead development, design, implementation, and architectural specification activities.

2. Quality Assurance: Recommend development options and approve team outputs to ensure deliverable viability. Oversee testing for functionality, technical limitations, and security.

3. Problem Resolution: Identify and approve technical solutions, performing root cause analysis to resolve and prevent future issues.

4. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project issues and implications to stakeholders and evaluate the impact of change requests.

5. Mentorship & Standards: Mentor staff, identify training needs, and ensure team compliance with IT methodologies and architecture standards.

6. Documentation: Review and approve technical diagrams and documentation; author technical standards and process documentation.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance technical standards, methodologies, and technologies.

8. Project Consultancy: Serve as a technical consultant in project meetings and participate in design, code, and test inspections.
