We are looking for a senior Application Security / Software Security Specialist Lead with strong hands-on SAST experience who can operate independently and help drive security remediation across development teams.
🔑 Required Skills
✅ 10+ years of Application Security / Software Security experience
✅ Hands-on SAST tooling experience
✅ Experience integrating security scanning into CI/CD pipelines
✅ Strong GitLab experience — current SAST environment
✅ JFrog / Artifactory experience
✅ Ability to independently evaluate and drive security requests
✅ Strong developer-facing communication and vulnerability remediation skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
🔹 DAST and SCA experience
🔹 OWASP ZAP, Polaris, or similar security scanning tools
🔹 AI-assisted security automation and remediation
🔹 Experience working with developers to evaluate and remediate vulnerabilities
🔹 Ability to identify process gaps and improve security workflows
💡 Banking / Financial Services experience is NOT required.
