THE WORK: You'll act as a liaison with HR, IT, and Accounting through onboarding and staffing changes to facilitate client system access changes, facilitate employee learning, deliver onboarding checklists, and ensure the completion of client onboarding training.
You'll process access requests with our customers, manage employee assignment extensions on client systems, and guide employees with IT needs while assisting new hires with access to our customer's systems.
You'll manage the PPE vendor relationship and employee accounts.
You'll manage annual compliance with client-required training and Accenture training, work with Accounting and HR to support annual compliance reporting, and update monthly OSHA reporting numbers in ISNetworld.
You'll host, as needed, system overview trainings and task-based trainings to assist employees with system adoption and process-compliance.
You'll confirm utility services timesheet compliance each week.
You'll support the invoice process and QA/QC across clients, coordinate with the controller to develop and deliver client invoices as required, and support invoice management, onboarding, and offboarding through our clients' Fieldglass system.
You'll train users on setting up Egnyte file-sharing, SharePoint, and MS Teams drives for collaborative team use.
You'll develop and deliver forecast and accruals reports to clients related to utilization against project budgets and facilitate Deltek reports processing to aid leadership with data needs.
You'll manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) submissions to clients and request certificates through Accenture broker, AON.
You'll interface with the Accenture I&CP safety lead on safety initiatives, including managing the dissemination and communication of safety programs.
You'll assist leads with marketing initiatives and PowerPoint presentations and support event planning.
You'll draft subcontracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs with various vendors as needed and communicate those new contracts to Accounting.
You'll assist regional Directors and Program Leads with special projects, support regional or client initiatives as needed, and support client proposals with content as required, including updating pursuits content into the CRM system.
You'll identify and develop employee communications for organizational announcements, systems changes, and generalized needs, maintain updated documentation on best practices of Utility Services - West back office operations in clearly defined step-by-step procedures, and collaborate with Accenture resources serving existing utility clients to identify efficiencies in operations.
You'll support Accenture Client Data Protection compliance updates as required and assist with the creation, adaptation, standardization, and revision of process documents, training materials, and company forms.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Minimum 8 years of administrative office and operations experience
- Professional expert level experience Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
