Summary
Job Overview
Executes the technical build of Salesforce solutions, implementing custom applications, automation, and integrations according to technical specifications. Participates in testing, code reviews, and release readiness to deliver reliable, supportable functionality.
Responsibilities
- Build Salesforce capabilities using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative automation where appropriate.
- Implement integration logic and data handling per technical designs, including error handling and reliability considerations.
- Write unit tests, troubleshoot defects, and participate in code reviews and quality gates.
- Debug issues in code and configuration, including performance concerns and platform constraints.
- Work with source control and participate in deployment processes and release validation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning (LWC preferred).
- Experience writing unit tests and debugging issues.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform constraints and how to design for scale and performance.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination as a condition of employment.
