The project includes:
• building and enhancing seller-facing campaign management workflows,
• integrating with external advertising platforms such as Criteo and ad-serving systems,
• implementing reporting, spend tracking, and billing event pipelines,
• improving campaign synchronization and product eligibility systems,
• and modernizing frontend and backend architecture for scalability and maintainability.
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
• 5–8 years of backend development experience
• Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/WebFlux expertise
• Experience with microservices and REST API development
• Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL/MySQL performance optimization skills
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications
• Production support, monitoring, and observability experience
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently own features/services end-to-end
• Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with scalable and high-throughput systems
• Bonus: AdTech, BigQuery/Google Cloud Platform, reactive programming, AI-assisted development tools experience
