Scrum Master

<>Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development teams, coordinating Agile ceremonies and facilitating effective communication.
• Guide teams in refining backlog and developing high-quality user stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring transparent progress tracking through Agile metrics.
• Support Product Owners in prioritizing tasks, aligning with business objectives and goals.
• Uphold a professional, respectful workplace atmosphere, promoting integrity and responsibility.

<>Skills

• At least four years of project management experience, with a minimum of two years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability in team communication across technical and executive levels, especially with government clients.
• Experience with various Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Possession of relevant Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, DASM) is essential.

<>Preferred Skills

• Background in software development, testing, or business analysis is advantageous.
• Familiarity with scaled agile practices like Scrum@Scale, SAFe, or LeSS is beneficial.
