Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with expertise in report design, performance optimization, and data visualization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with data modeling, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Optimize existing Power BI reports and datasets to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Create and maintain complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
• Develop efficient data models using star and snowflake schema methodologies.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze report performance and implement best practices for data refresh, query optimization, and report rendering.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environments.
• Create documentation for reports, datasets, and reporting processes.
• Support report migration, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Experience with DAX, data modeling, and report optimization techniques.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
