Overview

We are seeking a Senior Kinaxis Maestro Consultant to support and optimize a recently implemented Kinaxis planning platform for a large enterprise organization undergoing a significant supply chain transformation.

This role will serve as the primary technical lead for the Kinaxis environment, ensuring platform stability, ongoing support, system enhancements, and long-term success following implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, solution architecture, integrations, and supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead and subject matter expert for the Kinaxis Maestro platform.
• Provide production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Design and recommend scalable architecture solutions to support evolving business requirements.
• Support and manage integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise ERP systems.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Kinaxis solutions and planning capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain Planning teams to enhance business processes and system functionality.
• Ensure application performance, data quality, system reliability, and automation effectiveness.
• Support knowledge transfer activities and collaborate with implementation partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and future platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
• Strong expertise in Kinaxis configuration, administration, and technical support.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, application support, and system integrations.
• Experience supporting Kinaxis in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Inventory Optimization
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SAP Supply Chain experience.
• SAP MM (Materials Management) expertise.
• Experience with SAP APO and supply chain transformation programs.
• Experience supporting migration initiatives from legacy planning platforms to Kinaxis.
• ABAP development experience is a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
