This individual will help identify, assess, and advance opportunities to field and integrate new capabilities-including joint fires, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), and other emerging technologies-to strengthen mission effectiveness, resilience, and regional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Experimentation Planning & Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute experimentation activities with partner organizations in support of training objectives and mission outcomes.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to field-test emerging technologies and operational capabilities, including joint fires and IAMD.
  • Support experimentation events that inform future operational concepts, capability development, and mission readiness.
  • Help align experimentation activities with broader headquarters priorities and regional mission objectives.

Technical Exchange & Industry Engagement
  • Facilitate technical exchanges with government, military, commercial, academic, and industry stakeholders.
  • Engage industry partners to identify innovative solutions and relevant emerging technologies.
  • Support collaboration across organizations to accelerate capability awareness, assessment, and adoption.

Capability Development & Integration
  • Assess emerging technologies and capabilities for potential integration into training and operational environments.
  • Support structured evaluation, feedback collection, and lessons learned from experimentation activities.
  • Recommend improvements and integration pathways for technologies that enhance operational effectiveness and resilience.

Advisory Support
  • Serve as a subject matter resource to leadership and mission partners on experimentation, training integration, and capability development.
  • Provide recommendations on experimentation outcomes, operational relevance, and integration priorities.
  • Support planning and decision-making with analytical insights and mission-focused advice.

Collaboration, Reporting & Documentation
  • Collaborate with military, civilian, and industry stakeholders to ensure experimentation efforts support mission priorities.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, after-action summaries, and decision-support materials for leadership.
  • Maintain clear documentation of experimentation activities, findings, recommendations, and follow-on actions.

  • Experience preparing senior-level briefings, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with joint fires, IAMD, mission engineering, operational test concepts, wargaming, modeling and simulation, or related mission areas.
  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility or access strongly preferred, subject to contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
