Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in project management and contract administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and Word functions.
Experience with procurement lifecycles and vendor agreement management.
Experience in tracking contract milestones, modifications, and expiration dates.
Experience with centralized IT systems and mainframe peripheral operations.
Experience in processing high-volume administrative tasks and clerical maintenance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive administration of department-wide procurement contracts and projects.
Execute routine technical tasks and clerical maintenance within centralized system environments.
Monitor and review contract modifications and upcoming deadlines to ensure continuity.
Coordinate with procurement staff to manage assignments and departmental workflows.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate status reports and tracking documentation.
Conduct administrative reviews of agreement terms and upcoming renewal requirements.
Maintain organized digital and physical files for contract governance and audit readiness.
