Job Summary
We are looking for a People/HR Analytics Engineer who can work with HR data, Workday/HRIS, SQL, data pipelines, and BI tools.
The person will help build HR analytics, dashboards, reports, and data solutions for areas such as hiring, employee retention, performance, compensation, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

• Work with HR/People data from different sources.
• Extract and analyze data from Workday or other HRIS systems.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Create data models and datasets for HR analytics.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Use SQL to analyze large datasets.
• Create workforce KPIs and metrics.
• Analyze hiring, turnover, retention, promotions, compensation, performance, and engagement data.
• Check and improve data quality and accuracy.
• Work with HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams.
• Turn business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Protect sensitive employee data and follow data privacy/governance requirements.

• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Strong HR/People data knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or another HRIS.
• Strong SQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Experience with a cloud data platform such as:
  • Snowflake
  • Databricks
  • BigQuery
  • Redshift
• Experience with a BI tool:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Looker
• Strong data quality and data governance knowledge.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
