Job Title: Human Resources & Financial Solutions QE Lead
Location: Goodlettsville, TN (On-Site)
Duration: 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy and execution for HR and Financial systems.
Drive test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management across enterprise platforms.
Validate HR systems including:
Time & Absence
Workforce Management
Payroll and related modules
Oversee testing for Oracle backend and financial processing implementations.
Validate integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise applications.
Perform cloud data validation and integration testing using Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Manage test artifacts, reporting, and defect tracking using tools such as JIRA.
Ensure compliance-driven testing, audit readiness, and data reconciliation processes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to QE team members.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years in a QE Lead role.
Extensive experience in HR and Financial Solutions domains.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Time & Absence systems
Workforce Management platforms
Oracle financial and backend systems
Experience in API, integration, and data validation testing.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with enterprise test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB or equivalent Quality Engineering certification.
Experience in large-scale HR or Financial transformation programs.
Familiarity with compliance-driven testing and audit processes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in cloud environments.
Exposure to automated testing frameworks in enterprise ecosystems.
