Role Description:
- This role serves as the primary owner of requirements intake, documentation, and functional alignment across PTR Business, development, and testing.
- The resource in this role translates new enhancement requests (CIO priorities and CMC-driven PTR Business requests) into clear, version-controlled Service Requirements Documentation (SRDs) and actionable user stories, while continuously coordinating across business and technical teams to ensure requirements are implementable, understood, and correctly validated end-to-end.
- The resource is responsible for clarifying functional requirements across each stage of the development cycle, from development and design through testing.
