• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas within Oracle Cloud HCM to support complex business rules across modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation
• Understanding of core HR processes around absence, payroll, compensation, talent management, recruiting, and compliance.
• Can work directly with Technical and non-technical teams to understand business requirements
