Summary

Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll PTP Replication SME
Location: Armonk, NY (Primarily Remote)
Duration: 1 Year
Work Authorization: Open (No H1B)
Travel: Mostly remote; possible international travel 2 3 times/year (1 2 weeks per trip, expenses paid)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Point-to-Point (PTP) Replication framework between SuccessFactors EC and EC Payroll (ECP)
Hands-on experience with:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP EC Payroll
Experience building and enhancing SAP BAdIs
Expertise in setup and configuration of Replication Objects
Experience with PTP system setup and initial connectivity processes
Strong troubleshooting skills:
- Debug replication errors
- Analyze payloads and replication fallouts
Experience with EC to ECP Time Replication
Knowledge of Mash-up screens and activating country-specific portlets
Integration experience between EC and ECP for payroll replication
