Work Setting: Remote

Rate: $65 - $75 per hour based upon experience

Position Summary

Unison Systems is looking for a skilled Sr. Project Manager (SaaS) for our client located in Denver, CO. This role drives product launches across the organization in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, partnering closely with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver on an aggressive roadmap. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing the end-to-end technology product delivery process, preferably across a SaaS product suite, and can ramp quickly on a technical subject area. Exposure to energy, power markets, utilities, commodities/trading, or other complex regulated or financial domains is a strong plus for this opportunity with a leading energy company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end technology product delivery process, preferably for a SaaS product suite.
  • Drive the product launch process, coordinating and managing releases of new products and features to market.
  • Own and manage the product plan, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization - engineering, product, data, and customer-facing teams - to keep delivery on track.
  • Report delivery status clearly to executive leadership and team leaders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines.
  • Balance urgent, time-sensitive customer-driven requests against the longer-term roadmap.
  • Operate effectively amid shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end technology product delivery process, preferably for a SaaS product suite.
  • Demonstrated experience driving the product launch process and managing releases of new products and features to market.
  • Ability to own and manage the product plan, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, data, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to balance urgent customer needs against the longer-term roadmap.
  • Skilled at managing multiple concurrent workstreams and holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive, customer-driven requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on a technical subject area.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience establishing standards and processes consistent with a PMO.
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC process.
  • Experience integrating acquired products, teams, or data pipelines following M&A / acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, or data-visualization products.
  • Exposure to energy, power markets, utilities, commodities/trading, or other complex regulated/financial domains.
