Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job DetailsYou'll draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts independently for established brands, emerging companies, financial institutions, private equity funds, and investors - with direct client contact and deal participation from day one.
- Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS agreements, software licenses, consulting and professional services agreements, manufacturing and supply, R&D, IP licensing, and sales and distribution agreements
- Participate directly in contract negotiations with clients and counterparties
- Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to align commercial agreements with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and contract documentation to support deal execution
- Support corporate transactions involving intellectual property and commercial issues
Looking for:
- Colorado Bar admission or eligible to waive in
- Recent commercial and technology transactions experience
- Hands-on drafting and negotiation of SaaS agreements, software licenses, and technology contracts
- Ability to manage deals and negotiate independently with minimal supervision
