About the Team

The Datacentre Operation team supports the company’s fast growth by deploying and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware fleet operations, providing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions and services for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.

Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling.

Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures.

Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements.

Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems.

Conduct visual inspections and basic diagnostics to identifypotential hardware or connectivity issues.

Work within rotating shifts or hold on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 operations.

Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with customers, vendors, partner teams, and internal stakeholders.
