Sr. Informatica MDM Admin/Developer

Role: Sr. Informatica MDM Admin/Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Remote)
Note: Must be currently local to Texas. No relocation candidates will be considered.

Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter in enterprise data integration, ETL development, and data management environments.
10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolution and operational requirements into clear, actionable client and provider identity management strategies for advanced analytics and reporting.
10+ years of experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) tools, including Informatica MDM.
8+ years of experience explaining technical findings, data insights, and data limitations in clear, non-technical language to business users, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
8+ years of strong experience using SQL for data identification, profiling, analysis, validation, and manipulation.
8+ years of experience collaborating with business users, performance analysts, and IT leadership to develop, implement, and validate client and member identification strategies supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.
8+ years of excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse environments.
5+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
4+ years of experience working in Health and Human Services (HHS) or another highly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of agency data domains and compliance requirements.
4+ years of experience applying data governance, data stewardship, and data quality management principles.
3+ years of experience serving as the primary point of contact for program staff and stakeholders regarding MDM-related requirements for analytics and reporting projects.
2+ years of experience promoting and driving Master Data Management (MDM) adoption and best practices across an organization.
1+ year of experience with AI prompt development, prompt engineering, and the application of generative AI tools for data and analytics use cases.
