Location: Toronto, ON (2 -3 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $ 38 - $ 40/hr
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of production support work
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux for basic troubleshooting
- SQL database experience
- Basic networking knowledge
- Firewalls (iptables, firewall-cmd)
- Network troubleshooting
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift / container platforms
- Docker and container lifecycle
- Cluster management
- OpenShift CLI and command-line operations
- Container networking (SDN, ingress controllers)
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools
- Application and database performance monitoring
- Web service health checks
- Experience with file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell)
- Ability to read and understand scripts
- Experience supporting financial transaction-based systems
- Exposure to AI tools for general productivity and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to explain technical concepts in Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
