Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Lake City, FL / West Palm Beach, FL

Duration: 6-12+ months

Job description:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and standard business applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations
Support users on Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft 365, VPN, and collaboration tools
Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
