ABOUT THE JOB:
- The System Enablement Manager is responsible for executing an enterprise enablement strategy that drives system adoption and user proficiency across the organization.
- This role partners cross functionally to identify gaps and business goals and optimizes Salesforce products and tools to support those areas.
- The manager supports major project rollouts through proactive enablement and provides hands on, virtual or on-site guidance as needed to ensure successful adoption of new business processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Manage enablement support:
- Manage virtual and onsite support team to support deployments including developing content, assessing readiness, delivering training, monitoring hypercare, and providing hands-on guidance.
- Deploy Salesforce features to guide users and improve compliance:
- Define the roadmap for system enablement across all functions.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce-native tools such as In-App Guidance, Guidance Paths, and Knowledge to enhance user experience and enforce process standards. Establish KPIs tied to enablement outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and governance:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration teams to ensure enablement efforts are synchronized with broader business initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks for content lifecycle, release management, and change management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate on process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives:
- Partner with business stakeholders to integrate system enhancement into functional training plans, ensuring that system changes align with commercial & operational needs.
- Work closely with SDFC system releases and development and project teams to understand upcoming system enhancements to support smooth rollout.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years combined experience in enablement or technical training roles
- 5+ years progressive experience managing both people and processes
