Role Summary
Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in enterprise reporting, analytics, and sales performance measurement within a commercial pharmaceutical environment. Skilled in gathering business requirements, creating user stories in Jira and Confluence, conducting gap analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions. Hands-on experience with Excel, Qlik Sense, Snowflake, and Angular framework, with a strong focus on KPI reporting, sales force effectiveness metrics, stakeholder management, and customer interaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Enterprise reporting and analytics experience a must.
- Commercial Pharma Experience Highly Preferred.
- Understanding of Key Performance Indicators and other metrics used to measure sales force effectiveness o Enterprise Reporting.
- Business Requirements and User Story Creation in Jira and Confluence.
- Gap Analysis.
- Strong in excel.
- Qlik sense environment.
- Some Snowflake experience.
- Angular Framework.
- Customer Interaction and Management.
- Performance Measurement for the Sales team.
- Document analysis, and the ability to translate requirements from one system to another
