Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing to drive impactful solutions.
<>Responsibilities- Lead the development and management of ETL processes for data marts using Snowflake and SQL Server.
- Design and maintain data pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and consistent data flow.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support project execution and alignment.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, including automated data ingestion workflows and SQL procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure data tools, SQL Server, and Blob Storage.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to uphold data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Azure or Snowflake is a plus.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices.
- Experience with medical claims processing systems and related workflows.
- Background in data science and analytics is advantageous.
