What You'll Do - Lead feature implementation and delivery in an agile lifecycle
- Architect, code, and test scalable backend solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance
- Manage programming tasks and prioritize with your manager
- Document software components and recommend improvements
- Stay current with development tools and best practices
- Mentor and support team members
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4-6+ years in software development; 1+ years in team leadership
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PHP, Laravel, AWS, and Terraform
- Experience with Docker, distributed systems, and both relational/non-relational databases
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience building internal tooling with Angular
- Passion for learning new technologies and driving innovation

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
