Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HR Lead/Manager to oversee end-to-end HR technology solutions, including SAP ERP HR, SuccessFactors, Sodales, and multiple SaaS technologies. The ideal candidate will lead technical and functional teams, manage HR technology service delivery, and ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of HR and payroll data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR technology systems, including SAP ERP HR, SuccessFactors, Sodales, and other SaaS platforms.
• Lead technical and functional resources responsible for maintaining, supporting, enhancing, and implementing HR technology solutions.
• Oversee IT service delivery and support teams within the HR technology domain.
• Ensure the integrity, privacy, and security of HR and payroll data through appropriate procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate SAP developers, functional teams, and integration leads.
• Support project management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR technologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR technology solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical and functional teams, including SAP developers and integration leads.
• Experience overseeing HR technology service delivery and support.
• Knowledge of HR and payroll data security, privacy, and integrity.
• Experience with SAP ERP HR and SaaS technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Sodales.
• Project management experience.
