SAP Consultant

Job Description

8–12+ years of hands-on experience delivering SAP Concur implementations, with deep functional expertise in Concur Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, and Audit / Oversight (preferred).

• Proven track record leading end-to-end US and global/multi-country Concur rollouts, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, go live, and hypercare.

• Strong functional knowledge of travel & expense policies, approval workflows, VAT/GST/tax handling, per diems, mileage, corporate card programs, and employee reimbursements.

• Extensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including FI/CO posting, HR/Employee master data, and third party integrations (credit card providers, travel agencies, payroll).

• Experience managing US-based stakeholders while coordinating with offshore/onshore implementation partners.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, manage multiple workstreams, prioritize conflicting demands, and proactively escalate risks and issues.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience working across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Audit, and Compliance teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including executive-level communication.
