Note:

The focus should be broader than traditional program management. We need someone who can establish the operating processes, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and lead the change-management effort required to drive adoption. A key part of the role is helping teams build the capability to apply AI effectively and responsibly in their day-to-day work.

The foundational program structure, governance, and delivery approach are largely available. The immediate need is to tailor these to the engagement, stand up the program, and put the right execution rhythm in place. That should include a regular cadence for reviewing priorities, dependencies, adoption, risks, and measurable outcomes.

Equally important, I would like the role to provide ongoing strategic thinking from an AI-program perspective not simply track activities. The person should help connect business priorities, AI opportunities, change and adoption, governance, and delivery so that the program continues to evolve as we learn.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will define the AI strategy and roadmap, oversee solution architecture, and drive enterprise AI programs while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap that was built as a part of the upstream AI consulting engagement.
• Lead end-to-end Agentic AI program planning, governance, and execution.
• Oversee AI solution architecture in collaboration with technical teams.
• Process the high level use cases roadmap and break down into implementable backlogs
• Standup the AI delivery teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Provide weekly executive updates on program progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Own the success of the entire program and delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience with AI, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience building and managing enterprise AI programs and roadmaps.
• Hands on experience of delivering Agentic AI programs is mandatory
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.
