Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer/Operator who is proficient in SolidWorks/Millcam and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program complex parts and assemblies using CAD/CAM software, specifically AutoCAD.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Macros to enhance efficiency and output.
- Operate and program Haas Machines, ensuring optimum performance and safety standards.
- Utilize Renishaw Probing for precise measurement and inspection of parts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and develop machining strategies accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming.
- Maintain all CNC programming documentation for reference and audits.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming.
- Proficient in Macros, AutoCAD, Haas Machine, and/or Renishaw Probing is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric dimensions and tolerances.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
