Overview

UST is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com (SFDC) Technical Lead / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in LWC and OmniStudio, as the current build is predominantly based on these technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Experience Requirements

• Total IT Experience: 9+ years
• Salesforce Experience: 9+ years in development, implementation, administration, and configuration
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Apex & Visualforce
• OmniStudio
• Lightning & Aura Framework
• Salesforce Integrations
• Minimum:
• 5 OmniStudio projects OR
• 1 project with 10+ months of OmniStudio experience
• Prior experience in Java/.NET – Preferred (not mandatory)
• Experience in Healthcare Payer domain – Good to have

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design and development
• Develop scalable solutions using LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, and Lightning
• Collaborate with onsite (USA-based) teams for knowledge transition
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders
• Handle integrations with external systems using APIs
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Mandatory Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
• Salesforce App Builder Certification

Preferred Certifications

• Platform Developer II (PD2 / DEV 501 – all parts completed)

Good to Have

• Advanced Admin (ADM301)
• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certifications
