Job Summary: Talent Senior ServiceNow is in search of an Analyst, Sr Business Systems for a contract position in Columbia, SC. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Work within Agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups
• Use Jira and Confluence to:
  • Track progress
  • Document user stories
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to team and stakeholder presentations
• Define customer needs in technical terms
• Ensure cloud-based technical solutions meet business objectives
• Take ownership of assigned tasks
• Troubleshoot issues
• Support delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions
• Provide guidance on large cloud IT initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Business Administration
  • Or other job-related field
• OR 4 years of job-related work experience
• OR 2 years of job-related experience with an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of IT Business Analysis experience
• Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst experience
• Cloud-hosted application experience
• Medicare experience
• Jira / Confluence (or equivalent ALM tools)
• TestRail / ALM (or equivalent test management tools)

Preferred:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• HIPAA
• LOMA
• Additional cloud experience
• Experience with:
  • Version control
  • Automated testing
  • Workflow deployment
• Regular interaction with:
  • Technical teams
  • Non-technical stakeholders
  • CMS leadership
  • External suppliers
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
• Adaptability to:
  • Policy changes
  • System updates
  • Compliance requirements
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems
• Strong ability to:
  • Write user stories
  • Show leadership and initiative
• Collaborative across multiple teams and systems
