Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business and technical teams in gathering and documenting requirements. The candidate will work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and help deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
Create basic documentation and reports
Support development and testing teams
Assist with UAT and issue tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
1 3 years of Business Analyst experience
Basic understanding of SDLC or Agile
Good communication and analytical skills
