Role: SAP Hybris Functional Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Analyst with strong expertise in B2B eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have handson configuration experience, a proven track record in endtoend implementations, and the ability to collaborate across technical, business, and global teams to deliver scalable SAP Commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions.

• Prepare functional and technical specifications for SAP Commerce implementations.

• Configure and support SAP Commerce functionalities including Backoffice, DataHub, and SAP CPQ.

• Coordinate with development, integration, and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive testing, deployment, and postgolive support activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support integration with SAP CRM and SAP ECC where applicable.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Analyst.

• At least 2 endtoend SAP Commerce B2B implementations.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce, Backoffice, DataHub, and SAP CPQ.

• Handson configuration experience in largescale SAP Commerce implementations.

• Experience in requirements gathering, fitgap analysis, system analysis, and functional specification development.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and B2B commerce solutions.

• Experience working with global, multinational organizations (minimum 1 implementation).

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to SAP CRM and SAP ECC integration with SAP Commerce.

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.

Experience Required

• 8-10 years of overall experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) and related enterprise eCommerce solutions.

• Proven track record in functional analysis, configuration, and delivery of SAP Commerce B2B implementations.
