Job Summary
Client is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services.
The ideal candidate will have experience building modern, enterprise-level applications using React, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-based technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in an Agile environment, and experience collaborating closely with product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and reusable front-end components using React.js.
- Develop robust backend applications, APIs, and services using Node.js.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Work with JavaScript and/or TypeScript to develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain backend services, business logic, and data integration components.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models and queries.
- Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical solution development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Write unit tests and support integration and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js.
- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript/ES6+
- Responsive Web Design
- Experience with state management libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar.
- Experience with databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- MongoDB
- Other relational or NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git and modern source control practices.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
