Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salsify PIM Specialist / Tech Lead to design, implement, and lead enterprise-level Product Information Management (PIM) and Product Experience Management (PXM) solutions using Salsify.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Salsify, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable product data solutions across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salsify PIM/PXM solutions for enterprise clients
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to build strong PXM and product data capabilities
- Develop and maintain data models, attributes, workflows, and automation within Salsify
- Integrate Salsify with ERP, DAM, eCommerce, and syndication platforms using APIs and middleware
- Optimize product data syndication and enrichment to support seamless omnichannel experiences
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and align requirements
- Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across product catalogs
- Stay current with PIM/PXM trends, Salsify enhancements, and best practices, contributing to continuous capability improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of product data lifecycle management and digital commerce ecosystems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM) / Product Experience Management (PXM)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salsify, including configuration, workflows, and integrations
- Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a PIM/PXM solution lead
- Experience working in enterprise, multi-brand, or multi-channel environments
