Job Description: SAP HCM Architect
Role Overview
As an SAP HCM Architect, you will be responsible for the overarching design and integrity of our Human Capital Management ecosystem. You will serve as the technical and functional visionary, guiding the transition from on-premise SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud. Your goal is to create a unified, global People Architecture that streamlines HR operations and enhances the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy: Define the global design for HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT).
Cloud Transformation: Lead the strategy for SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central, Talent Management, Recruiting) and manage Hybrid/Side-by-Side integration scenarios.
Integration Excellence: Design robust interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party systems (Benefit providers, Banks, Identity Management) using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Cloud Integration.
Compliance & Security: Ensure the architectural landscape meets global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain a secure Role-Based Permission (RBP) framework.
Process Optimization: Conduct workshops to simplify complex HR business processes, aligning them with Standard SAP to minimize custom code and technical debt.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of SAP HCM experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Lead or Principal Architect capacity.
SuccessFactors Expertise: Proven track record in architecting SuccessFactors Employee Central and managing complex payroll integrations (EC Payroll or Mashups).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and the SAP HCM Infotype framework.
Project Leadership: Experience leading large-scale, multi-country HR transformation projects.
Communication: Ability to explain complex technical landscapes to HR Business Partners and CHROs.
Preferred Skills
SAP Certified Professional in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori for HR and Employee Self-Service (ESS/MSS) enhancements.
Experience with HR reporting and analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
