- Manage all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and support across:
- Cloud General Ledger

- Analyze business requirements and design best-practice technology solutions.
- Interact with client teams to understand business requirements and develop robust functional solutions.
- Assess clients' current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.
- Lead day-to-day functional activities, including process design and configuration workshops.
- Identify functional gaps and RICEW requirements and support testing activities.
- Participate in requirements gathering and business requirements analysis.
- Align business requirements with Oracle best practices to develop functional solutions.
- Define new and refine existing business processes.
- Develop functional design concepts and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
- Participate in project planning and provide Oracle Cloud ERP subject matter expertise.
- Estimate project work and contribute to delivery planning.
- Lead and design Cloud ERP project solutions across Oracle Fusion and financial applications.
- Support planning, designing, implementing, integrating, testing, operating, and maintaining Oracle Fusion financial functions.
- Architect and design technology solutions across multiple business processes.
- Manage cross-functional teams, projects, and vendor relationships as required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle EBS.
- Minimum of 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Broad business background with strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
- Experience with full project lifecycle activities, including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Rollout.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Structures and module-specific configurations.
- Ability to perform requirements analysis and develop functional design documents.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business requirements and translate them into functional concepts and solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple business processes.
