Job Description:

Involves functional or technical roles in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on promising accurate delivery dates by managing stock, handling shortages (Back Order Processing), allocating supply (Product Allocation) and intelligent alternatives requiring skills in configuration business processes mapping and integration with SD/PP.

TOP skills and the years of experience that you’ll consider:

• Clear understanding of Project Life Cycle and has performed client facing role in the past. Work on S4 will be added to skill set.
• Hands On with Customization of Availability check engines like PAC, PAL, BOP.
• Clear Understanding of cross stream processes like Manufacturing, Logistics, TM & Planning.
• Good Understanding of Planning Concepts. Worked on multiple complex planning scenarios Should be able to handle requirement gathering blueprint design configuration functional testing test data setup etc.
• Analyzing business requirements conceptual and detail design to meet business needs involve on necessary SAP configurations detailed functional/Technical specifications with analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• S4 HANA Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well versed in English.
• Excellent spoken and written skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Responsibility of large implementation team.
• Onsite and offshore coordination.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Research client problems and provide accurate documentation to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accurate and timely reporting.
• Continuously develop problem solving skills and utilize critical thinking process.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from and accredited institution.
• At least 8 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/ Design / Detailing of Processes U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor it currently.
• The location for this position is Ohio.
