UI/UX Architect

Title: UI/UX Architect

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid. 3 days/week in office)

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Architect to define and lead the overall user experience strategy and design architecture across digital platforms. This role combines handson design expertise with architectural thinking to create scalable, consistent, and usercentered experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design solutions align with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the UI/UX architecture and design strategy across products and platforms
• Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency and scalability
• Translate business and user requirements into endtoend experience designs
• Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and highfidelity designs
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing teams to align on experience vision
• Guide and review design work from UX/UI designers to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and highquality implementation
• Drive usability, accessibility, and usercentered best practices across all designs
• Present design concepts and experience strategies to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design
• Proven experience defining UX frameworks, design systems, and interaction models
• Strong background in experience architecture, information architecture, and usability principles
• Experience designing enterprisescale or complex digital products
• Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and documentation
• Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design specifications
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobilefirst design
• Familiarity with working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring designers and providing design direction
• Ability to translate customer insights and business goals into effective design solutions
